so, what if there was a application in the town subforums that would ask the residents+ of the town of the perm. banned mayor, if they were willing to step up in their place. that way, only trusted people would be allowed into ownership. the first that would be asked would be co-mayors that do not own a town of their own or presidents that have room for another town. there could be an app. price just to cover the town transfer maintnence. i do think this is somewhat, a version of @GoldenArmor12 's town transfers topic. i do think there should be a "will" if you want to ensure it falls into the right hands. that is all i have to say now. laters y'all!

 

I so support this. After the mass-griefing of Burlyia, all the owner and residents left, and I'm the only one left. I want to make the town boom and create an awesome town. I supported this is in the poll. Oh and yes, I haven't seen either of the owners/co-owners for over a week. And I'm the only user that still actaully has used house in here, besides my friend. This raises another question I had, If a user is banned can you take their property?

 

Heres what I think:
Two weeks is too short, many many people have quit for two weeks and have come back on to begin frequenting the server again. Also, I think something should be done about empty towns, but I don't think this is necessarily the right course of action. Members of the town would be scrambling to take over the town, and god knows that they would do. I think there should be a will system that someone can use, showing who he/she wants the property given to. Im talking about towns that are not only dead, but have been for a LONG time, and have no co-owner. Either that or the town could be auctioned off.
