Kmax and I tested the eff 7 axe, and it is "good for" a bit more than woodcutting :p
1. It doesn't do much more than an eff 5 axe at melons; it's much worse than a melon sword
2. It is simply amazing for pumpkins.... but I've decided that instead of trying to spread the word about the secrets of eff 7 axe and pumpkins, I'm just gonna let people with eff 7 axes have their fun while they can ;)

How do you make or find eff 7 tools?

 

You buy them with nstars. You can't make them.

 

I just tested it on pumpkins with _TANSTAAFL, and we didn't notice any difference with an eff7 than with an eff5
