So I am currently saving up n-stars for a star tool, im struggling to decide whether I want an efficiency 7 pickaxe or a melon sword, now if I get the efficiency 7 pickaxe I will need to get pyro. So I'm curious as to what you guys think I should do, I would also like to hear from users how much they make an hour with these tools, this will really help me guys! thanks :)

I have a eff7 and do not use pyro, I just have a full amour set of fire prot IV. And for the amount of money you make a hour with it, I heard 20k? I havent tested it my self yet. But yes if you want to go for a saver rout of money go msword, But I think eff7 is a lot better.

Now Mista_J i voted for eff7 pick and pyro because of 2 reasons, first both of thos ehave uses othher than just to make money. and second, u dont need pyro+ all u need is fireprot4 armor which goes for about 20k just tryin to help :D

EFF7. Melon swords aren't worth much anymore.

Eff7 makes more money, however if you are lazy (like me) a melon sword is better.

Eff7 Pickaxe's and Pyro/Pyro+ are an amazing combo, I personally have pyro+ and an eff 5 w/ fortune 3 on it, and I get alot of money. Considering that most of the time lava hides ore's from you, having pyro+ so you don't die when you get them would be a great help.

Eff 7 is way better money maker, unless you like farming melons.
