General Purpose of Contract:
For @Natelev to sell @Rip_Peep_2017 his eff7 pickaxe, item ID #JXG0DYVN, on a payment plan.
@Rip_Peep_2017 will either pay @Natelev $1,700,000 ECD by the 8th of July, or $1,800,000 ECD by the 15th of July. @Rip_Peep_2017 therefore has the option of paying 100k less if he manages to pay off his debt one week early, however he also retains the option of paying off his debt by the 15th of July.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Natelev, agree to give @Rip_Peep_2017 access to my eff7 pickaxe inside a shared chest at coordinates -8407 71 6472.
I, @Natelev agree not to take the eff7 from the chest unless @Rip_Peep_2017 has not paid either $1,700,000 ECD by the 8th of July 2019, or $1,800,000 ECD by the 15th of July 2019.
I, @Natelev, agree to transfer official ownership of the eff7 to @Rip_Peep_2017 after he has paid off the amount owed, outlined above.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Rip_Peep_2017 agrees to either:

• Pay @Natelev $1,700,000 ECD by the 8th of July 2019, or
• Pay @Natelev $1,800,000 ECD by the 15th of July 2019

@Rip_Peep_2017 agrees to keep the eff7 inside a shared chest whenever he is offline, at coordinates -8407 71 6472.
@Rip_Peep_2017 agrees not to let anyone else use the eff7 until he has paid off the amount owed, outlined above.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
