General Purpose of Contract:
Ensure the safety of the rental of @IamKarnii eff7 pick to @MrYogu

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @IamKarnii agree to lend a pickaxe (eff7 silk1 unb 3, id.#IIQ19H0F) to @MrYogu for 1/hr from this contract being signed.
I @IamKarnii agree to give @MrYogu the pick within 10 minutes from this contract being signed
I @IamKarnii agree to give @MrYogu 1/hr after he received the eff7 to pay the 7500 ecd fee for the rental.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I @MrYogu agree to give @IamKarnii 7500 ecd within 1hr from the moment i receive the eff7 at -7255 63 761 in Rising (/warp madcity)
I @MrYogu agrees to return the eff7 1hr from the moment i receive it at -7255 63 761
I @MrYogu agrees that if the eff7 is broken/lost he'll owe @IamKarnii 1.1mil ecd or a new eff7+100k ecd.
I @MrYogu agrees that if he's 1 or more days late returning the eff7 he'll owe @IamKarnii 10k a day ontop of the rental fee. After 3 days a complaint will be filed.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
