General Purpose of Contract:
Safety of the rental of an efficiency 7 pickaxe to @Spirit_of_love_ ID: #IHPQM3ZL

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I @DiamondDesire agree to give @Spirit_of_love_ my Efficiency 7 pickaxe within 1 hour of this contracts approval
• I @DiamondDesire agree to setup a chest at /warp anime -4335,110,3123 for @Spirit_of_love_ to put the efficiency 7 pick into once his 2 day rental has finished.
• I @DiamondDesire agree to not take the pick back for any reason throughout the rental of the pickaxe. If I do take this pickaxe, the player will receive a refund for their rental minusing any time they have had it for.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Spirit_of_love_ agrees that he will use the pick only for his allocated rental period of 2 days.
• @Spirit_of_love_ agrees that he will repair the Efficiency 7 pickaxe when it hits 200 durability. @Spirit_of_love_ also agrees to use a chest when having the pick repaired. This is to ensure the safety of the pick and prevent it from being picked up by another user or butchered.
• @Spirit_of_love_ Agrees that if he breaks the pickaxe, he will have to pay a fee of 1.2 Million as reimbursement for the tool. He is to do this within a time period of 8 weeks once I @DiamondDesire is informed of the pick breakage.
• If @Spirit_of_love_ breaks any of the terms of these contract, a formal complaint will be created in which the staff team will deal with the situation accordingly.
• @Spirit_of_love_ Agrees to pay me 60k upfront for the 2 day rental within 1 hour of this contract approval.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
