Terms of the Contract:

• I will give the tool with the ID #K21XE502 to @SplayTick immediately after receiving the payment.
  
• The ownership of the tool ID will not be modified.

• @SplayTick will transfer $150,000 ECD to @rh2wilson within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• @SplayTick will return the tool to @rh2wilson immediately after the rental time of 7 days has passed since the tool has been given to @SplayTick.
  
• If @rh2wilson is offline at the time of the tool's scheduled return it will instead be placed in the designated chest (at coordinates -14,908, 69, -2,741) in the town of Azarath in Main.
  
• If the tool breaks or is otherwise lost, @SplayTick will be required to pay $2,200,000 ECD to @rh2wilson within 90 days as compensation, or replace the identical item (Diamond Pickaxe enchanted with Efficiency VII, Silk Touch & Unbreaking III) at their own cost.
