General Purpose of Contract:
@BloodyMary_ will be selling @wolfspy7 an Efficiency 7 Pickaxe (#IK3NT9D4) for 925,000 ECD on a 10 week payment plan.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@wolfspy7 will pay @BloodyMary_ 100,000ECD Every week for 9 weeks after this contract is approved, along with 25,000 ECD after the 9th Week. If @wolfspy7 is late on paying @BloodyMary_ a payment, @wolfspy7 will be penalized with 4,000 ECD added onto the 25,000 ECD for every day he is late. Up to 10 days of late fees will apply. After a total of 10 late days, @wolfspy7 is to hand back the Efficiency 7 Pickaxe (#IK3NT9D4) to @BloodyMary_ without any refunded payments.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@Keeper_X as you have don't have any terms in this agreement there is no reason for you to be mentioned or involved. You also need to include information such as what happens if the pick is lost/broken? What are the exact dates for the payments? Where is he to pay at what location (be specific, include XYZ coords)? How long after the contract being approved will he receive the eff7? Please have either @BloodyMary_ or @wolfspy7 post a new contract themselves and make sure it includes everything. Thanks guys
