General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of buying of an eff7 on a payment.
Saftey for both transactions.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I will agree to pay @zr2002, 150k per week for 6 weeks, totalling 900k. Via the 6 signs located at:

in rising.

I will also be paying 50k to @zr2002 on the revival of the eff7 [Eff7 Silk Touch unbreaking 3 Pick named 'Da rock pounder'

If late I will agree to pay 5k per day late fee, up to 6 days (Weeks cannot overlap)

The weeks are as follows:
20th May 2015
27th may 2015
3rd June 2015
10th June 2015
17th June 2015
24th June 2015

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@zr2002 By agreeing to this contract, will agree once approved within a hour they will give me the eff7 unbreaking 3 silk touch pick named 'Da Rock Pounder', They will also agree to not remove money out of the sign until one of the full 150k amounts are paid and that @zr2002 has been told that the week payment has been completed.

@zr2002 will also agree to allow late days, at the cost, he will receive 5k/day if late which will be added onto that weeks debt.

Once all payments are paid, @zr2002 must send @DiamondDesire a mail in game, comfirming that all the payments have been paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
