I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Leivite will pay me 8k then mine or do what ever for 60 mins after the contract is signed. after 60 min @Leivite will return it to me or the chest. @Leivite will only get himself erpairs form westenj, or a mod+. if @Leivite breaks it @Leivite will then owe @washingtonc a new eff 7 pick, 800k or trade goods worth value (melon sword, star rod)
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
