General Purpose of Contract:
for the safe selling of a eff7 #IBOGQZXP on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @ThomasVerth will put the eff in a chest (that is /cmodifyed with @Smeefy ) lockted at XYZ -2947 65 10936 in rising with in 24 of the contract being accepted.
I @ThomasVerth agree to accept the 20k upfrount payments and the 100k a week payments for 11 weeks.
I @ThomasVerth Agree to do /own @Smeefy on the eff7 #IBOGQZXP when all 11 weeks of the payment has been payed. I @ThomasVerth will have 24h to do this when the 11 week payment is payed off.
If the pickaxe is returned before all the payments have been made, then the contract is void.
If @Smeefy does not return the pickaxe within 24 hours of missing a payment, then a complaint can be filed on @Smeefy
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
I @Smeefy agree to pay the 20k upfront to @ThomasVerth with in 24h of the contract being accepted.
I @Smeefy agree to pay 100k to a sign located at XYZ -2945 66 10935 in rising on the dates blow.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
