Co-owners of my town have certain perks
1 free 20x20 plot of your choice (additional space will be charged if you want 30x30 it'd be the price of a 30x30(6k)-20x20(3k) thus I would charge 3k)
2 one free shop 8x8 located at the center of town, (next to the portal)
3 the ability to alter public beautification to an extent, this means you get free space to build on as long as I approve, EX: parks in between open spaces. small bridges, ect.
4 profit sharing, the more people move in the more your paid. I will share some of the plot costs with you.

I value my residents and anyone who plays minecraft for the sake of building something important to them. I desire that all my residents respect each other. There will be PvP area, rollercoasters, shops, residential areas. and community build space(contests), and farms. I want to see an active town.
