--- ATTENTION ---
To the residents of Tropoliss.
- The town named Tropoliss, originally owned by Ryynanen, is now owned by me.
If you own a plot in Tropoliss, I am giving you five days to clear out your chests.
That means, anything left in Tropoliss after Tuesday, August 21st, 2012, will be mine.
This warning will not be extended. I'd advise for you to clear out your plot in Tropoliss as soon as possible.
-Cbailey
*Edit*
I am willing to reimburse 30% of the amount you paid for the plot. This means, if you paid $1000 for a plot, you would receive $300.
The price you have given me, will be double checked with Ryynanen, if they don't match, you will be given a 10% refund, of the price Ryynanen has given me.
*Please note that the refund may not be instant, for Ryynanen may be offline at the time of questioning.
Another thing, you can decide to tear down your house by yourself, providing you with the materials you have used on the house. If you choose not to tear it down yourself, no materials will be given back to the house owner.
PM me in-game, or on the forums if you have any questions/concerns. Thank you.

Re: Attention, Residents of Tropoliss, Read this forum ASAP.
I just built a 7 floor automated wheat farm in Tropoliss. Will I be reimbursed for my time and the money I spent on the property? -
Re: Attention, Residents of Tropoliss, Read this forum ASAP.
in the real world, if you buy a company from someone, you buy the assets and debts that go with it. you have essentially bought a town that has active members that paid money for their plots and possible farms that have paid permits.
you should be required to refund any active residents for the plots you plan to repossess. any farm permits that are active should be bought back so you can legally grief your newly acquired land.
by purchasing the land off Ryynanen, you have also purchased any deals that Ryynanen has made for permits to the town.
otherwise i would suggest the residents and permit holders to post a scamming complaint against cbailey for unfair removal of rights to the town.
