    I voted 2-4 hours but I know that's not very healthy but I try to get about 1 hour of sports/excising a day.

    I play on average 3-4 hours a day. There are some days I have to take a break from time to time. When I am on vacation though its a lot more. At my age you have to know when enough is enough.
