i was trying to build an awesome dwarf fortress but the mayor (whos name was puncher or something) so far i had built a mountain to start with made of smooth stone and i was about to start adding detail (battlement ironbars snow ore) when the mayor said it didnt look right in its surroundings and it should be made of dirt so he started changing it i called a moderator they pmed for a bit and the moderator said the mayor could change it because it was his town and my build was just stone at that point so all of my work was being destroyed when it wasnt finished it was grief only the perpetrator hid behind the law what i did next was kind of childish but i destroyed every structure in the town

well done ecocitycraft your server is just like a real life rich men steal and destroy the poor and weak while they hide behind the law

First of all, I'm really loving how you just assume all these things. Obviously there is something you are hiding because if I really know who you are talking about, he is a great guy. Your reaction was terrible, griefing a whole town. How about, before you make false claims, post some real evidence.

First of all, not the servers fault you have a dbag for a mayor. Maybe you should move somewhere else. And second, destroying every is a childish move. You got mad, so you broke something. That sounds like something my 5 year old cousin would do. And destroying every single structure in the town makes the mayors actions look like nothing and if you actually did majorly grief his town, shame on you and you kind of deserved it.

Maybe it is not the server that is corrupt.
    Maybe it is the world?

So what you're saying is when you break a town's rules you should be absolved from any consequences that you brought on yourself?

If we're equating this to real life (which you did), then let's put together a better situation:
If you live in an HOA neighborhood and refuse to keep up your yard, or say you live in an apartment and throw loud parties every night, and you get evicted for blatantly disregarding the terms of your lease, are you justified in claiming that you can do whatever you want because you live there?

Its not your property, it's the mayor's and if you don't follow basic rules, then they get to throw you to the curb.

    GG kid.
