In my real life off the screen my profession is a stock broker and one day while an the server I thought that it would be nice to have a stock market. In this stock market the stocks are made of towns on the server so if you want your town on this stock market please post this info as you see below.This can also help you struggling towns get some money. But keep in mind when someone buys a stock I will earn 10% of the money (this amount may change) an this goes back into the stock market to keep it running. I has an idea, buy a plot 20x20 plot that costs 2k, then when the mayor of that town raises the price of a 20x20 plot to 4k, then you would sell it for 3k, earning 1k . Thats how i as a resident does the ''buy low sell high thing'' real estate whateveah
A ton Mayors put there towns in the market and they chose how much a stock is and when someone buys a stock i get 10% of it. You invest in towns and the get fast money but after a bit you get dividends. If you have more questions, please ask them.

I think you should group many towns together into organizations. And let players invest in the organization, not an individual town alone. Because investing in an individual town would be risky, it is risky because the mayor who owns the town might make a bad decision or mistake that drops the profits and then the investors will be angry. But if players invested in an organization that is made up of many towns, it is not that risky. Because if one of the 20 towns that are part of the organization fails and goes into debt, it won't make too much of a change in the investor's stocks.
I do not understand. Do u have to own a town to have a share? And if so, why would I give it to you when u could make it awesome myself and make loads with out paying u the 10%
