Sadly not, vaults can be rather expensive or cheap depending on how there built, and are a long term investment that many people decided to keep instead of resell. Along with the use of a vault, if the player goes inactive the legal owner of the town the vault is located in can be LWC and everything lost, so the land sold for the vault would need an understanding between the owner of the vault and the town owner about inactive rules. With this said, I may not be able to sell you a vault, but I can sell you land in witch you could build the vault on and we would could come up with fair price and I would be willing to give you a inactivity permit, witch would allow you to goin inactive for 6 months before I evict you for being inactive.

 

Here is a list of Vault Builders that I have come with:

2.) ECC'S Vault Builder owned by @Ndm57dcraft focus on building vaults and can be found here.
3.) @BuildsByGideon is a known builder, who I have worked in the past with, maybe be willing to build you a vault.
4.) @Simtectural_ is another known builder who maybe interested in building a vault.
5.) @Drewbo_ has given interest in building your vault.

 

Well in the towns where a can give you the inactively permit, QTown is barely touched and comes with a town warp. Only down side being its above water, meaning there's water underneath the land, but I could give you as much as up to as 81x67lot of land, maybe a little bit bigger. The other town is Fallowfields and its 27x 70 roughly plots of land that's all try land, no water directly underneath it, but I don't know what's deep deep down other then stone. Fallowfields also has a town warp. Both towns are owned by me and I can give you a inactivity permit with outworries and both towns have a warp. Price for what ever plot of land you choose is around $5 per block. Seeing how on average most people sell a 10x10 (100 square blocks for) for $1,000, that's around $10 per block, you will find that at $5 a plot of 81x67 (5,427 square blocks) at $27,135 is a great deal, also to point out I will gladly accept a payment plan seeing how we've completed one together in the past.

 

The 27x70 is actually a 27x76 totaling at 2,052 square blocks. Being at $5 per block, the total is currently at $10,260 for the land, and $3,000 for the inactivity permit, totaling to be $13,260 for that plot of land. I can also shrink the plot as long as its less the a 27x70 if you request.
