I decided once, to help new towns to create residents in towns and helping Mayors create a successful town to a sense of them being on the top. I have thought about it, and spend my ECC time to help towns. Now you may think, "What is this Presidential help, you said in the title?" well there will be a Direct Democracy, of that there will be a President helping towns and leading and helping towns grow and grow. To create this I will need members listing of what I need to do so. Now for this to create a result we need staff members, to get staff members I need people to apply. Now you will get a pay check, every town you keep organize they will give you as much profits they get as they wish. ​

Requirements​

for towns and staff.​

The requirements for towns will be listed below:​

The requirements for towns are as said, ​

1. Town must be owned by the original Mayor (First owner of town)​

2. Town must have roads in it.​

3. Town may not be a farm.​

4. Town must have at least one feature to it.​

5. Town must follow by the ECC's Rules.​

6. Must follow by the Town Presidential help rules as well.​

7. Town must be a cleared area.​

The requirements for staff listed below:​

The requirements for staff is as said,​

1. A president must be the in-game rank President.​

2. Staff must be Resident+.​

3. If a staff abuses the rules they will be removed as a staff member and will never be allowed as staff again.​

4. Staff must spend at least half of his or her time of ECC with the Presidential Town Help.​

5. There will be voting for selecting staff every month. All staff can have at least 3 terms as staff.​

6. As in this date I type, February 24th, 2013 staff will be chosen by the date of March 6, 2013. ​

7. All staff will have to pm me, when/if accepted.​

The staff members do such as, they help create towns larger and larger, they are like the board of all towns as owners get the funding and help such as, the staff members do such as. The president is the adviser of towns, while all other staff have their own specific job. The president is the lead.​

The role of the town.​

The town owner do such as, follow by the requirements, help fund, they see how it is to see a very, very, successful town, they learn how it is, and try going as the top of all mighty towns! They as well make money of this for town funding and self use. ​
