Question: What's the border on the content of a story?

I would like to write a story based on my original character set in the league of legends universe (There are no canon limits for the type of character she is, and rest assured the universe will be explained as if you've never heard it before) The only issue with this is violence and child abuse. If I do not go into graphic details, would that be considered appropriate?

If not I can write something else, but I wanted to know first, since I quite enjoy telling her story.

 

Thank you for the prompt response, I'll start working on it later today. Also as a small note part of the story may be found on tumblr, on my roleplaying account there, though since that is my blog I assume that doesn't count as copying, lol.

What will you be using the prize money on if you win?: Firstly, working on my towns pvp training area, then the leftover would likely go to buying netherstars.

I'm afraid I will have to resign, my minecraft crashed and completely erased my book of well over 20 pages, even the 5 already saved. I'm far too angry to try rewriting that all again, and I wish the best of luck to the others. Perhaps next contest I'll enter again, this time using a notepad first.
I also have a blank book and quill for anyone who needs it for this.

 

It wont just be like, "Oh, btw, books due in 2 days," will it? lol
