I say we need one for little things like portals, town boundaries, ranks, etcetc. I think that an official texture pack would be useful for some plugins, but not needed.

ok dokucraft high is the best texture pack and needs to be the unofficial ecc texture pack,
so, I am commanding andrewkm to change his texture pack, if he does not the consequences may be dire
