    NO U \ˈnō -ˈyü\- It could be defined as "No, You [...implied action]". Can be used as a semi-sarcastic remark in most situations when trying to avoid an answer or to create comedic relief. Often used by Staff Members when chatting in global chat to create a silly atmosphere. Phrase created and popularized by Super moderator Stolio and overused by annyonion... Apparently... :/
