As the name says... This is the ECC Realty Association or for short ECCRA. Th ECCRA is a realty company that sells your house/apartment and takes a part of the profit... I love to build myself.... but I dread advertising the house... And Im pretty sure most people do... But if I were to do it for someone else... I would feel better about it.
The way this would work is I would take a percent of what the house was sold depending on what the house was sold for... For example... If It were a 30k house I would take 20%, maybe more, maybe less. But, We would be able to work out a percent for the house at your choice if I agree. Also... If the house is below a certain price... I will most likely not sell it.... or in other words I would not accept your offer to sell it...
The way the advertising will work is I will advertise Ingame but also on the forums either on this thread or on another thread... I will Post pictures, price, features the town comes with, and the person who actually owns it... It will be updated everyday... I will also have a bunch of Houses on the market at once. :)
