Suggestion:With the release of books and quills, there should be an ECC Official Library with books that have been donated by users.

Reason: For fun, money could be paid to check out a book.

Any Other Information:Could be maintained by a Mod or SuperMod, and after a certain amount of time that the book has been checked out, a SuperMod would collect the book from the player.
