That is definitely a big thing. I disagree with some other ones, though. Like "Owner of one of the best ecc spawnshop", this is purely subjective, lol.

and harryhaz1's , "Winner of one of the biggest lottos", the biggest lotto and the biggest 1 ticket lotto were already covered, why does harryhaz' lotto win earn the title "legendary"? .-.

And Iticip's one as well, purely subjective. lol

 

Revan would be considered a legend for more then just a lotto win.
