Suggestion:An EcoCityCraft Instant message system for the website.
Sometimes users do not want someone else to hear their conversation in IRC or
in Shoutbox so why not add an IM system with logs of course.

Reason:Sometimes you want to tell someone something, but you don`t want
to use mail because it`s too slow or inefficient.
