You should pick a date and time, and give us a couple days notice. Like I said earlier, you will not find a time that works for all 12 people. If you can't attend, set up your draft orders and let it auto-pick. I have done this before and it works pretty well. Another option would be to pick a few dates and set up a vote for us at a site like http://www.anonvote.com or similar. Just please..... the worst thing you could do is wait til the last minute and be like "ok guys the draft is in 6 hours".
