So I'm just going to make sure this is clear;

I'm allowing users ranked Builder to bid, since we have so many established users who have yet to rank up. This does not mean we are changing the market from being Resident+.
As these rentals are being manually handed out, people ranked Builder who make top 11 will still be allowed to pick a Station -- you will be given 4 weeks of rent.
You will however need to rank up to Resident to be able to renew your Station in 4 weeks as the Spawn-Shop Rental Application is Resident+.
