IGN: JoJo965

Problem: well, i had this happen to me twice today. the first time it happened, i fell in a ravine, got down there in approximately 2 minutes, but lost everything. it all disappeared. the second time...
I was trying to get excavation skill with my eff5 unb3 diamond shovel at /warp build4, then i fell down a hill with 3 hearts left and died. i went directly to /warp build4, looked where i died, and it was all gone.
everything. It had to have been, only 2 minutes it took me to get there and look for my stuff. i died very close to the spawn area. so, i dont know what to do anymore. i feel like i cant go anywhere without constantly losing everything.
