I currently do loans up too 100k but expect bigger in the future
I will lend to anybody even builders but all loans require a contract to be sign

Loan Terms
If the loan is below 200k I will be charging 20% interest on the loan will expect to be paid back within 1- 2 weeks
If it is above 201k I will be charging 20k interest a week until it is paid off. For example say I loan the money to you and you pay the money back in a week you will have to be 20k along with the amount that was loaned to you and this continues to grow per week.
