I'm having the same issue when I log in through bedrock.

 

I am only able to reproduce locally. Meaning I cannot see my own skin properly.
Others however see my customized skin just fine. Perhaps ask your friends what they see you as.

If they see you fine, it would be a client side issue of some sort.

 

Interesting though, I cannot see my own skin via F5 on our server, but can on other Bedrock servers, must be something going on with our setup, I'll look into it and see if I can figure it out.

EDIT: Interesting, this only seems to happen when connecting to the server initially. Changing servers, such as to /lobby and back to /main fixes the skin visibility for myself, that's until I disconnect and re-connect to the server.

Is this about the same as you guys are experiencing?

I want to add that my dressing room skin wasn't showing up during the Mojang Office Party event, but I could see others. And my dressing room skin worked on single player worlds on bedrock. I feel it is just a bedrock server thing

 

So it still doesn't work, weird.
Have you tried switching around worlds a few times and then relogging?
