Personal Loans:

Loans are to be paid back on time per the agreed upon arrangements. Clients must be at least Mayor, or a donator of a substantial amount, or have some collateral (like Nether Stars, Star Tools, or even a Town). I reserve the right to deny any clients without reason. A late fee is added at 7.5% per day after the due date, for up to one week (unless stated otherwise). After the Loan is late a week (or stated otherwise) then any and all collateral is kept by the bank and a Ban Request is placed on the Forum against you and Loan is still owed.

Secure Savings Account:

Finally, for secure storage of your money you can open an account. This money will be recorded, and interest will be gained at 2% a week, or 10% a month depending on what you decide on. Your money may be used for improvements on the bank, and loaning out. However, upon a withdrawal request, we will have access to your money with 24hrs maximum. The benefits of a Secure Savings Account is that you earn money while it is securely stored, keeping you from spending it on lotto, or loosing it due to scams etc. Below you will find an inquiry form and terms:

Example: Deposit $30,000 (monthly interest plan) and after 1 month you would have $33,000 in your account. After 2 months you would have $36,000

You may deposit a minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of $100,000. If you are inactive without warning for over a week, your account will be frozen and all interest will stop until you are back on ECC. Then it will restart at that point. Your deposited money will be securely recorded, yet we may use your money for loans and investments. Upon confirmation of your withdrawal request however, we will have your balance including interest available within 24hrs. Please note that interest payments are non-compound.

Legotom001... u can use the one on the Forum... but the difference is that at Dreams Bank & Trust u gain interest over time. Thwe Bank on the Website does not gain u interest.

 

Very true... but irl we put our money in banks (not guaranteed to ever get it back).

Not here to scam, just giving players other options to make money over time.

Yes sir... If u do a monthly account its 10%.. only 2% If its a weekly account
