    I have decided that due to the downtime being 24+ hours, it is time we devise a worst case scenario. Here is mine: Andrew looses all data currently stored on the server, and the map + all other data is lost. (Mind you, this is a worst case scenario, I assume andrew has a backup stored locally.) At this point, most users of ECC are unwilling to start over and quit ECC. Then, due to the steady decline ECC gets smaller and smaller until it completely collapses. Please share your creative scenarios.

    Worst case scenario: Cox fixes it and the server comes up, no harm done. Immediately aliens (@Skylexia ) attack the server bringing it down again for another 24+ hours. After an intensive 5 day battle, we win. Then, Mojang releases a statement that says they will be discontinuing all minecraft related service.

    But realistically, the server will be up and fine soon.

    I have an actual question... The last file backup was 3 days ago, does that mean if I sold donation features for money, I lose the ECD but the user keeps the feature? @andrewkm

    Should I buy a donation now or wait until after the server is back up?

    Worst case scenario: All the PMC population looks at the ECC ad, only to find that the server doesn't work. Everyone gives the server bad reviews, putting ECC on the bottom, making ECC's population drop a ton, causing us to have to shut down.

    I don't believe so. Andrew said that we will have to be down for a longer period of time, in that event, I would hope he would refund you. But if that does happen, point your finger at Intreppid and blame them for it as it would be THEIR fault.
