If we added this then people would scam people out of $1000000s of dollars and grief towns and cuss and troll then buy a $15 UNBAN card and there scot free and got all the money and stuff.
I think this should be locked seeing how it will most likely never be implemented and it seems to have little to no support.
Well this could also be used as a further punishment. For example, After a certain amount of ban appeals, lets say 10, people would have to make a proper ban appeal AND buy an unban pass, and serve a temp-ban accordingly. I still don't this this will happen though.
