I'm confused on what you're asking, but I think I have a sort of an idea, and I hope it helps..

You have to buy Water And/Or Pyro, Prior to buying Water And/Or Pyro +. If you were too buy Pyro, and then wanted to buy Pyro + it wouldn't work, you have too have the Prior donation. Sorry if this is confusing but below is how it sort of works:

Required Donation Feature for Pyro +:
Pyro.

Required Donation Feature for Water +:
Water

They don't intermix.

 

I'm assuming that he's asking this: "Is 'Pyro/Plus' Pyro or Pyro Plus or both?" The first time you buy it it is Pyro, the second time you buy it it is Pyro Plus.

Buy it once: Pyro

Buy it twice: Pyro and Pyro Plus

And as Jetscat said, you need Pyro before getting Pyro Plus.
