As a Co-Mayor and Pres. of multiple towns I try to engage with the town members and help them with various things to help move them up the ECC ladder, and to make their stay enjoyable as well as keeping the towns upto date, safe and in one piece.
What would help is the /Near feature.
This would help keeping in contact with the town members without the regular "who is in town/here?" local chats, and keep reoccurring trespassers out.
This feature is currently available in ExtCommands for 50US.
I would like to present separate features: Lets call it "Town Management" feature.
TP++ adds /near command *"$15?"
Town Management feature would include TP, TP+ and the /near command *"$50?"
Town Management+ utlimate feature would add /lb tb "LogBlock Investigations" *"$75?"
*The mentioned prices are irrelevant to the suggestion, just an idea, lets not make this discussion about prices.
Please feel free to extend the ideas and come with more suggestions, pros and cons!

/near is already a donation feature in "Extcommands" or the "+" version. LogBlock is under investigator.

I feel like... making features that are essentially parts of other features might get a little confusing and might discourage other people from buying some of the features they are attached to normally.

The only thing i think should be added again is the comment that says noone hears you if you speak in local chat with noone around. -

I do not believe that commands should be in more than one donation package. What If someone such as myself paid $50 to get ExtCommands to be able to use this command and then someone has to only pay $15 to get it. It would also make it very confusing.
