Why don't you just buy residency with that 25,000? In addition, i know quite a few people who sell Donation Features in exchange for ecodollars, but no-one for that cheap. Most of them charge double the amount, + 10,000, so about 40,000.
Ike, the main thing people want residency for is /home, if you can get four more homes for less than twice the price, why would you want resident unless you are making a town soon? I don't see the point xD But you are right, most people will probably sell it for more than $25,000.
