[Donation Feature Loan]

General Purpose of Contract:
@_Royal_Vulpes_ will be purchasing $178 in Experience(2x480k exp) on Main Server on a payment for @block_crusher. @block_crusher will be paying $63 of the $178 in ECD ingame while the other $125USD will be placed on a loan. There two separate rates being charged. The initial $63USD will be charged at 5k/USD that @block_crusher will be paying ingame($315,000ECD), while the other $125USD will be charged at a 6k/USD, equalling $750,000ECD that will be paid off in 4 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @_Royal_Vulpes_ agree to buy @block_crusher $178 in experience(2x480k exp) for Main Server in exchange for $1,065,000ECD($315,000 paid up front(within 24 hours of loan being accepted) and the remaining $750,000 paid by December 18th, 2018 on a loan). Failure to purchase the feature asked by @block_crusher will result in a breach in this contract, thus nulling this agreement and I, @_Royal_Vulpes_ , will accept the punishments deemed necessary by the ECC Staff.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@block_crusher will agree to pay @_Royal_Vulpes_ $315,000ECD within 24 hours upon this contract being accepted, then will have to pay an additional $750,000 on a loan that must be paid by December 18th, 2018. Failure to pay the loan by December 18th, 2018, will result in a $25,000 late fee(fine). If the loan is not paid by December 21st, 2018, it will result in a complaint of scamming being filed and @block_crusher will be given a punishment deemed necessary by ECC Staff.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
