Very odd that it's behaving like this for you, I just tried it out and it seems to work fine for me. I'm gonna keep this one open for a bit to see if anyone else is having this issue and we'll go from there!
I can't replicate this either, even the link you gave prompts me to create a display name and enter my birthday.

I see you were able to join the Discord @Mission001 That being said, I tried the link from several devices and had no issues connecting to the ECC discord.
Tbh I have no idea what caused this. The most likely cause is someone was Discord banned on your IP and things got scrambled within the Discord system. Nothing I can do - but you did mention you were able to join via your phone so at least you're in via that medium. Its clearly not an account issue.
