Minecraft username: TheFifthGuy

Bug description: I was using an enchanted diamond pick (breaking blocks), I stop for a second and then the pick, in my inventory, disappears. I tried logging off and logging back in, with no avail. I also scoured the area to see if I had thrown it accidentally - I had not. Also, no one else was in the vicinity. There is no chance of the pick breaking, it was not near empty.

Instructions: Not repeated.... I don't really want it to happen again...

Number of times bug repeated: Just the once so far.

Result: The enchanted diamond pick has disappeared and has not returned.

Expected result: THAT NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN.

 

Highly unlikely - It was at 210 uses last time I checked (which was recently as I was doing a demolition job).
