Oh..... nice.. I get it. Does this mean then that I could have chicken's in Legacy as I could take eggs, throw them and start at least a chicken farm in Legacy? (You've peaked my interest!) :D

No, Legacy and Rising simply disable spawning of them. You could throw them, but it would only be a waste of eggs.

Question: I was told once, in passing, that villagers placed via eggs in the Mining world do not get butchered like other mobs. Is this accurate? -

I agree that if they were butchered every hour like other mobs, then they wouldn't last... like other mobs.

Villagers do not get butchered. The only time they go away is if
a) someone kills them
b) mining world resets
Villager eggs are $1750 I do believe, so to spend that much money to just have the villager disappear would be annoying. They stay until resets unless they are killed. -
Hence why I have never bought a single villager egg. They just happen to say this to me in passing and got me thinking I might buy one of these things. I didn't trust them completely, so just took the comment and filed it away. Thanks for the info.

Q: why can't horses go through portals?

Answer: Horses are unable to go through portals for a few possible reasons that I can think of.
- They would be easier to steal and troll with.
- It may cause greater lag.
- Minecraft may not be able to support it.

Question regarding spawners.... I see people selling them and asking others to place them but I can't figure out how they got them in the first place and then where they could they be placed and be useful since it seems the only place in the main worlds they are useful are in the Mining world that gets reset... ie.. why buy & place if it disappears when the reset happens? What am I missing here?

Hey there,
So spawners are found throughout Rising, Legacy, and Mining worlds, but are only active in mining world. They can not be picked up, so I'm not sure where you heard that, maybe you misunderstood a trade message. People find spawners and create a way to kill the mods, without taking damage. These are often sold as "Set up spawners". The only way to acquire an actual spawner block is to purchase it from the star shop, but I'm not sure the specifics around that.

Huh... Ok that makes sense. So when someone is saying they need help placing one, really they are just building infrastructure around it for protection when killing the mobs it produces? And they have use of it until the Mining world is reset.. then it all starts over? I'll take another look at the star shop to see what's there as I don't recall seeing the ability to buy those. THANKS again!
