Hi; I recently voted on all of the sites given via the /vote command, but I did not receive any items, nor any confirmation that it was received by the server. (I haven't played in a while, so I apologize if something has changed that I am unaware of)
Voting is no longer available on ECC. We are pivoting towards other forms of advertisement. I will clean all mentions of voting off the server and forums when I get a chance
