    I am XxDiamondxBackxX my first city was/is diamond_city. It is now up and running smoothly. I now am making a special week long lotto for Diamonds. Starting with 10 diamonds for the winner plus I will add 1 diamond for every ticket bought. They tickets are $50 each. Please post how many tickets you wish to buy.
    In 1 week I will randomly draw a winner and depending on size of competition will add prizes. :) go!!
