I was holding off on doing this, thinking i could make the money on my own. Unfortunately, i am not making it fast enough to save my work from being completely destroyed. I am asking if anyone would be willing to open a loan with me so that I might obtain my mayor rank and lock my town that I have been working very hard on. Please let me know, thank you kindly.

Edit: I am willing to even pay an interest charge relative to real world "bad credit" (since i am not yet known to many) on this loan. I work had and am trying, but I fear my work will fall before my eyes before I can claim it as my own

P.S Monkeybutt if you see this - I still love my home in your town - YOU are a great person to rent from - I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plot to buy

 

Working this out it could be upward of 19-23% interest depending on the company one went with, and how bad the credit really was. I am at 20k already and would need to obtain a 65k loan - in workings.

I take out loan of 65k, pay interest rate of say the highest 23%. This would equal 14,950 - lets round this for easier numbers to 15k -
I would pay back 80k .

I would easily be able to pay this back within a weeks time - or if the lender were generous allow more time - tho a week would have me at the amount needed to pay back the loan.

I would not be doing this if I was not worried about losing everything I have built up.
