Suggestion: have a set start time (teams arrive 15 minutes early and get into arenas, then at say 5pm 3 2 1 go is said, have a set time for required sign up so last minute signups don't get missed, a possible rule against cross teaming?, test the arena beforehand to make sure errors don't occur within the first 5 minutes of the game, make rules specific so people don't try to scoot around them by saying they still have a slab on their base when that slab isn't part of the base, tp people out after they are eliminated.

 

good concept / idea, good fun
games dragged on too long, a bit slow sometimes if people just camp their base
map layout was a bit weird in some places, placing lakes near the base allows the defender to hit attacker into water nearly every time, and also some trees you can jump onto peoples roof top on their base
2v2v2v2 seemed a bit much, maybe try 2v2 instead
have a set start time, and a cut off date for applications. so have all warps etc set up and perms/regions set up and pm'd to players 5 min beforehand or something, so its a matter of 'be there at 5pm bang on for a start, if ur not there tough shit' 3 - 2 - 1 go etc

My biggest suggestion would be to have the event start at a certain time but have people gather slightly before to get all the prep work done. However seeing as an event like this was never done before I think overall it went pretty well. I do think closing apps maybe a hour before or even the night before may be a smart call aswell.

Last note, there was one arena which only had 2 teams, personally I think all arenas should have equal teams, having to deal with only 1 team attacking you makes things easier than having 2-3 attacking you at once.

Overall nice event though had fun!

 

If everyone agrees to the rules and they decide to break one of them, actually hold it against them. A person in my match used /back and thats the very first rule on the list. Its clearly there so using it should be punished, otherwise why have rules at all if you can do it and have no repercussion.



Clearly states that any1 breaking the rules would be disqualified but the user was not even though one of the staff spectators seen it and acknowledged that it was seen.
