IGN: @_Royal_Vulpes_ Users Involved in this Contract: @_Royal_Vulpes_, @HypeDav General Purpose of Contract: The general purpose of this contract is to officialize the default on a payment plan on a Magic-Tool. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @_Royal_Vulpes_, agree to allow @HypeDav to default on his Magic Hoe/Reed payment plan of $38,100,000ECD that was to be paid in sixteen weeks. This default will null The full payment of $38,500,000ECD that was due by January 2nd, 2021(11:59 US EST). I will also retain ownership of the Magic Hoe/Reed(Owner #KEYJXRR4), and what payments @HypeDav has made are non-refundable. @_Royal_Vulpes_ will relinquish liens placed on 1×Star Melon Sword(#JX9TD5CP), 1×Star Pickaxe(#KEWYREA5), and 1×god Hoe(#KEYDOIPB). If I do not meet the terms of this contract, the contracted will be nullified, and I will accept the punishments deemed necessary by the ECC Staff. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @HypeDav must return Magic Hoe/Reed to @_Royal_Vulpes and accept the default and all payments made up to this point(5 payments and the downpayment) are non-refundable. The full payment of $38,500,000 was due by January 2nd, 2021(11:59 US EST) at trade chests located at the Main Austro-Aurora United Bank on the second floor(East building next to /warp Vienna x:79 y:96 z:808), but no further payments will be required. If @HypeDav fails to return the Magic Hoe/Reed, it will result in the forcible removal of the Magic Hoe/Reed and a complaint of scamming being filed and @HypeDav will be given a punishment deemed necessary by ECC Staff. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
