I require 17mil to finish my debt of paying of an eccmsword. I would love to get this debt finished so that I can get a set of magic armour and then open a shop for builders. This shop I will only take a very small profit from sales and give the rest to builders to get up to mayor and enjoy the town experience. I have already started the towns on MN /warp sanctuary and angiris. I will also offer shops for low ranking members to sell items from alongside my shop. Anytime I make an extra 85k from the shop I will fully rank up a mayor without keeping the town.

I have had this project on the go for a long time and I would like to finally start giving back to the community but first I need this debt out of the way.

I have the features I want and the highest rank all I want now is prestiges and to give back to the community I have been a part of for 7 years.

I plan to buy someone mayor every week! I may even do president once a month!!
