I really do understand your frustration. I also hope you get paid back when your money is due as well and agree that it would be nice if he would pay back debt instead of playing lotto. Unfortunately, that was not a stipulation of his appeal and so per the rules, he has every right to do this if that is what he chooses. I really hope anyone who ever decides to ever send him money (without a moderator involved) ever again keeps all of this in mind.
