So I just found out I am very good at making efficient wheat and Sugarcane farms. I make them 20x20, very efficient

(Slabs over the water rows if Reed Farm, Lily Pads over 1x1 holes if Wheat farm, and some secrets I am not allowed to discuss but only to the People who want me to build them one. I have tricks that make Sugarcanes grow as fast as they possibly can, and perfect layouts of glowstone to make it be the perfect light level!)

I don't charge much but as always the more I get paid the faster and nicer the farm gets! I got paid 30k to make a 20x20 10 story Sugarcane farm (I have screenshots of it I can show) I made it within the day with my own materials, I even get water placed!

My private farm was just a test of the measures, 20x20 works the best because they are both perfect squares meaning it makes a great efficient farm! Its only at 7 storys high but it looks like one of the best farms in my town. I spent at least 10 hours figuring out the measures for the farm and I can make it out of any material. This farm design makes about 10k per hour depending on if you have at least 10 floors. If you choose sugarcane it makes about 8k per hour with 10 floors and the wheat farm makes 11k per hour besides the time replanting the seeds.

Whats great about my farms, they look very nice and are very efficient! They can be used as Great storage or even a house because of the complimentary lobby! I am very experianced (Have built 3 of the farms) There arn't many wheat or sugarcane farms out there so maybe if you have a giant pumpkin farm you can try somthing else out! And don't forget I use my materials, and depending on what you pay the farm can be done in as little as 5-10 hours!
