The only way this would be do-able without problems is by having a separate server with creative mode. The problem is that this would require time to keep up-to-date, there is simply no time for this right now. Wewinagain is busy with his school and applications and andrewkm is busy with the server and his own things. Right now there is no one to do this. It may be a possiblity in the future, but it's unlikely this will be in the near future.
