-rank based capes as another way to signify what rank you are whilst utilizing the same colors for the trim
-anniversary capes based on how long you've been here maybe starting with 3 months increasing by 3 months or if not 6 months or yearly capes
-mcmmo skilling capes 500 being a regular cape and 1000 being a trimmed skill cape or master cape if you have 500 in every skill or 1000 for trimmed master cape

rank capes:10% of the value of the rank
anniversary capes:free
mcmmo capes: 1 lvl 500 skill cape=5k, 1 lvl 9000 I mean1000 cape=15k, Master skill cape=50k, and Trimmed Master skill cape=100k

PS:Id draw examples but im no good at it but if it does get enacted then I could give better examples.
